1. General

1.1 The website is owned by G-Scale Ventures LLC, a company in Wyoming, United States, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (hereinafter: "the Company"). Rozela is the brand name under which the Company operates on the website.

1.2 The website's terms of use regulate the relationship between the Company and any company and/or person browsing and/or using the website or the information contained therein (each hereinafter: "the User").

1.3 Access to and use of this website, including the use of all content and/or information and/or services appearing on it from time to time, is subject to the terms of use detailed below and to the provisions of the applicable law as detailed in section 3.

1.4 Use of the website constitutes the User's agreement to all of its terms without any limitation and/or reservation. Subject to the provisions of these terms and conditions and the provisions of the law, the User and/or anyone on their behalf shall have no claim and/or demand, directly and/or indirectly, against the website and/or the Company and/or any of its operators and/or any of its owners and/or its managers and/or anyone on their behalf, in connection with the use of the website in accordance with these terms.

1.5 The Company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time, to add to or subtract from them, with respect to the entire website or part of it, at its sole discretion and without the need for prior notice or notification. The sole and full responsibility for knowing the terms below and for using the website according to these terms rests at all times with the User only.

1.6 The website's terms of use apply to the website and the services included in it via any computer or other communication device (such as: a mobile phone, iPad, handheld computer).

1.7 The wording in these terms and conditions is in the masculine form for convenience but is intended for both women and men.

1.8 The prices displayed on the website are the final prices to be paid to the Company. The Company does not charge VAT.

1.9 Customs, import VAT, or other taxes, if imposed in the destination country, shall apply to the Customer and be paid by them, in accordance with the Shipping Policy.

1.10 The product images displayed on the website are for illustration purposes only and are not binding on the website. The Company will make its best efforts to present its customers with images that reflect reality as much as possible, but certain inaccuracies or errors may appear, and the Company will not bear any liability arising therefrom.

1.11 The Company does not undertake to maintain an inventory of all products whose images appear on the website.

1.12 The Company may offer promotions and benefits on the website, and may at any time discontinue them without any need for prior notice.

2. Legal Capacity

2.1 Any person or company performing any action on the website, including a person making a purchase (hereinafter: "the Customer"), declares by the very act of performing the action that they have read these terms and conditions, understood them and their terms, and that they agree to their terms and provisions.

2.2 It is clarified that all use of this website is intended for and permitted to individuals aged 18 and over only.

3. Law and Jurisdiction

3.1 The use of the website, the order, and these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

3.2 Jurisdiction in any matter and dispute is vested in the competent courts in the State of Wyoming, United States. A Customer who is a consumer in Israel may also file a claim in the competent court in Israel.

3.3 This shall not derogate from any right granted by law to a consumer that cannot be waived or contracted out of, including their rights under the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 The website's domain, the website itself, including all intellectual property displayed on it, including trademarks, patents, copyrights, designs, and the like, are the sole property of the Company. It is clarified that the mere entry to the website does not grant any license and/or right therein.

4.2 All products displayed on the website are part of the intellectual property of the Company and/or a third party that has authorized their use by the Company and/or anyone on its behalf.

4.3 The trademarks displayed on this website (hereinafter: "the Trademarks") belong to the Company - (whether registered or not) and it is prohibited to make any use of them for any purpose whatsoever, without the prior written consent of the Company.

4.4 The website and the website's content are intended solely for private and non-commercial use, and their use is limited solely to the purposes of selling and buying the products through them. No product may be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, and/or displayed unless prior written permission has been granted by the Company.

4.5 No part of the website may be reproduced, copied, published, marketed, distributed, and/or derivative works created from it.

4.6 The User undertakes not to make any use of the rights belonging to the Company and/or to any third party, including copyrights and trademarks, which are exposed during the use of and browsing on the website.

4.7 In order to link to and/or display the website on other websites on the internet, prior written approval must be obtained from the Company.

5. 90-day money-back guarantee

5.1 We provide a 90-day money-back guarantee. A Customer who is not satisfied with the product, for any reason and without needing to provide an explanation, may contact us within 90 days of the first order and receive a full monetary refund of the amount paid for the products, without a cancellation fee.

5.2 The request shall be made by email to the address support@tryrozela.com, including the order number.

5.3 To receive the refund, the bottles received in the order, whether empty or not, must be returned to the Company's returns warehouse in China, to the address that will be provided by Customer Service. The return shipping cost is borne by the Customer.

5.4 The monetary refund will be issued to the payment method used for the order.

6. Dietary Supplement

6.1 The product sold on the website is a dietary supplement and not a medication. The information appearing on the website does not constitute medical advice and is not a substitute for consultation with a physician.

6.2 The product is intended for individuals aged 18 and over. It should be kept out of the reach of children. Anyone taking medication or suffering from a health problem should consult a physician before use.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 The use of the website and the products is at the sole responsibility of the User. The User must read the product label and the instructions for use and act according to them.

7.2 The website, its content, and the information appearing on it are provided as is (AS IS). The Company does not guarantee that the use of the product will lead to a specific result. Results vary from person to person.

7.3 The Company is not responsible for any personal reaction to the product, including sensitivity, allergy, or interaction with medications. The responsibility to consult with a physician before use rests with the User.

7.4 The Company, its owners, directors, employees, and anyone on its behalf shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of income or profit, arising from the use of the website or the products or the inability to use them.

7.5 In any case, the Company's total liability towards a Customer shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the Customer for the order in respect of which the claim arose.

7.6 The Company is not responsible for malfunctions, disruptions, or interruptions in the website's operation, and does not guarantee that the website will operate without errors. If an error occurs in the price or description of a product, the Company may cancel the order and refund the Customer the full amount paid.

7.7 The User shall indemnify the Company for any damage or expense caused to it due to their breach of these terms and conditions or due to the use of the product contrary to the instructions for use.

7.8 Nothing in this section shall limit liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, and it does not derogate from the 90-day money-back guarantee in section 5.

8. Information Security and Privacy Protection

8.1 Respecting our Customer's privacy and confidentiality is of utmost importance to the Company.

8.2 As part of the purchase process, registration for the Company's customer club, and from the mere act of browsing the website, the Customer will be asked to provide their personal information. The Company takes the customary precautions to preserve and protect, as much as possible, the confidentiality of its customers' personal information and also undertakes to use this information for private purposes only, including (but not limited to) for the purpose of supplying the products to customers, updates, advertising mailings, and marketing information from the Company if the Customer has approved it, contacting users, and more.

8.3 Joining the Rozela customer club and receiving marketing mailings will only be done with the explicit consent of the Customer, and this consent can be revoked at any time. The Customer's personal details will be kept in the Company's databases and will be used as detailed in the terms and conditions and in the Privacy Policy.

9. Confidentiality

9.1 As stated, the Company does not store the Customer's credit card details in any database. The Company undertakes not to use the personal information provided to it by the Customer except for the purposes of operating the website, supplying and delivering the order by a shipping company, and transferring information to customers.

9.2 Subject to the foregoing, the Company undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the personal details provided to it, and to never sell, trade, or transfer the information to an unauthorized third party.
