Rozela Subscription Service Terms
- General
1.1
These terms govern the conditions for joining, using, billing, freezing, and cancelling the subscription services offered on the Rozela website (hereinafter: "The Company"). The Company's name is G-Scale Ventures LLC.
1.2
Joining the subscription service constitutes full agreement by the Customer to all of these terms, in addition to the website's Terms of Use and policies.
1.3
The Company may update these terms from time to time at its discretion.
- Nature of the Subscription and Billing
2.1
The subscription service allows for the automatic recurring purchase of Rozela products at a discounted price compared to a one-time purchase.
2.2
The frequency of shipments and billings is determined by the Customer at the time of ordering.
2.3
The next billing date is displayed to the Customer in the subscription management area and in the order documents.
2.4
The Customer confirms that as long as the subscription is active, the Company is authorized to automatically charge the payment method provided upon registration for each billing cycle.
- Order Creation and Product Delivery
3.1
After each charge under the subscription, a new order will be created automatically.
3.2
The products will be sent to the address provided by the Customer, unless updated by the Customer prior to the billing date.
3.3
Delivery times will be in accordance with the Shipping Policy published on the website.
- Subscription Cancellation
4.1
The subscription can be cancelled at any time and without obligation, through the website (in the subscription management area) or by contacting Customer Service via email at support@tryrozela.com or on WhatsApp at 079-729-3841.
4.2
The cancellation will take effect no later than 3 business days from the day the cancellation request is received, and from that date, no further charges will be made under the subscription.
4.3
Submitting a cancellation request does not cancel a charge that has already been made or an order that has already been created.
- Subscription Freeze
5.1
A Customer may request a temporary freeze of the subscription for a period of up to two months.
5.2
During the freeze period, no charges will be made and no products will be sent.
5.3
At the end of the freeze period, the subscription will be automatically renewed according to the updated schedule.
- Refunds and Cancellations Policy After Billing
6.1
Once a charge has been made under the subscription, that charge cannot be canceled.
6.2
Subscription cancellation will apply to future charges only and will not grant the right to a refund for charges that have already been made.
6.3
The above applies even if the customer chose not to use the product, did not collect the shipment, or requested to cancel the subscription after the charge was made.
6.4
In the case of product returns or other refund requests, the provisions of the website's general refunds policy will apply, as relevant.
- Payment Method
7.1
The Customer is responsible for maintaining a valid payment method for the entire duration of the subscription period.
7.2
The Company may make recurring charges using the payment method provided when joining the subscription.
7.3
In the event of a billing failure, the Company may attempt to charge the payment method again or delay the delivery of the order until the payment is settled.
- Price Changes and Promotions
8.1
The Company may update subscription prices from time to time.
8.2
A price change will only apply to future charges.
8.3
The Company may offer special promotions and benefits that do not necessarily apply to Subscribers.
8.4
The subscription discount cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.
8.5
The fact that a promotion with a higher discount than the subscription discount is offered at a certain time does not grant Subscribers the right to a refund, credit, or price adjustment.
- Subscription Cancellation by the Company
9.1
The Company may terminate or cancel a subscription at its discretion.
9.2
In such a case, no future charges will be made and the Customer will not be charged for billing cycles that have not yet been created.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1
The use of the website and the subscription services is subject to the applicable law according to the Company's place of incorporation and to the mandatory legal provisions that apply to the consumer.
10.2
Should a dispute arise between the parties, the parties will make a reasonable effort to resolve it through dialogue before resorting to legal proceedings.
