Shipping Policy
Standard shipping is provided at no cost. Home delivery is subject to a shipping fee according to the price displayed on the website at the time of placing the order. The shipping fee will be charged for delivery to a single destination, even if more than one item was ordered.
Due to a high volume of orders, please allow 1-4 business days for your order to be processed.
Orders to Israel usually arrive within 7-14 business days, and at most within 30 business days from the date the order was placed (they are shipped from our warehouse abroad).
Rozela will deliver the products to the User to pickup points or via home delivery. After receiving the order confirmation by email, another notification will be sent after a few days when your order has been processed and is being prepared for shipment.
For the avoidance of doubt, a "business day" for the purpose of these terms is Sunday through Thursday, excluding holiday eves, holidays, and days of rest.
Rozela is not responsible for any act and/or omission of the shipping company, and will not compensate the Customer for delays caused by shipping companies. This does not detract from the Customer's rights under the law, including the right to cancel the transaction without a cancellation fee if the shipment is not delivered by the maximum date specified in these terms.
Without derogating from the foregoing, the Customer agrees that Rozela will not be responsible for a delay in the delivery of the product due to events beyond its control, such as a strike or lockout, failures in communication, telephone and/or computer systems, acts of hostility and/or force majeure, such as war, strike, terrorist attacks, natural disasters, and the like.
It is clarified that delivery of the products may be conditional upon the User presenting an identity card and the order confirmation number received from the ordering system when the transaction was completed, at the sole and absolute discretion of the website operator. It is agreed that the website operator and/or anyone on its behalf will be entitled to require any additional means of identification, at its discretion, as a condition for handing over the items to the User.
It shall be clarified that after the shipment has been dispatched to the Customer, a cancellation, exchange, or refund can be made according to the process detailed in our Refunds Policy. A Customer who does not wish to receive the shipment may cancel the transaction, and an action such as refusing the package, not responding to the courier, or not collecting the package from the pickup point will be considered a cancellation request. In such a case, the Customer will receive a monetary refund in accordance with the Refunds Policy, after the package has returned to the Rozela warehouse.
The cost of returning the package to the Rozela warehouse, in the event of refusal, non-collection, or return by the Customer, is the responsibility of the Customer and will be deducted from the credit.
Please note
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical to ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or was entered incorrectly at the time of purchase. Rozela is not responsible for a delay or return of the shipment to the warehouse.
All Rozela products are shipped from our warehouse located abroad, and therefore there may be a delay in shipments. The shipping duration depends on the shipping carriers. Please contact us if you have not received an update that your package has arrived in Israel within 20 business days from the day you received the tracking number, and we will investigate the matter thoroughly.
Import Taxes and Fees
Rozela is not responsible for any import taxes and fees incurred from your order. The local logistics authority will contact you regarding payment to the appropriate authorities.
